2. Document Processing Charge and Charges Added to the Advertised Purchase Price
Advertised purchase prices include the $85 dealer document processing charge.
All advertised purchase prices are plus government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any electronic filing charge, and any emission testing charge.
Electronic filing charge: the actual amount charged to the dealership by its electronic registration service provider. Emission testing charge: not more than $50, plus the actual state fee for the certificate of compliance. Neither is a governmental fee. Government fees and taxes include sales tax, vehicle registration and title fees, and the California tire fee.
3. Rebates and Conditional Incentives
Advertised purchase prices do not deduct rebates or conditional incentives and are not contingent on a trade-in or financing through the dealership. Any unconditional dealer discount reflected in the advertised price is identified separately.
The advertised purchase price is the full price of the vehicle. Any down payment or trade-in credit is applied toward it, not added to it. Financing may require a down payment.
Available rebates and conditional incentives are displayed separately with their amounts, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and applicable restrictions. These may include military, college graduate, loyalty, trade-in, or financing incentives. Benefits apply only when the buyer satisfies the applicable program requirements, and some offers cannot be combined. 4. Payment Estimates and Financing
Online payment calculators provide estimates based on the advertised purchase price and the financing assumptions entered or displayed. Estimates are not credit approvals or guaranteed financing offers. Actual payments depend on the vehicle price (which will not exceed the advertised purchase price), the charges listed in Section 2, down payment, net trade-in credit, selected optional products, approved credit terms, and repayment period.
Written payment proposals will disclose the total amount payable under the proposed terms and identify any assumed cash down payment or trade-in contribution. Lower monthly payments often increase the total amount you will pay to purchase or lease the vehicle. Financing and leasing offers are subject to credit approval and the specific offer’s terms.
5. Optional Products and Services
Equipment installed on a vehicle before it is advertised is part of the vehicle as advertised and is included in the advertised purchase price.
Optional products and services offered for purchase at the dealership, such as service contracts, GAP agreements, maintenance plans, and accessories not already installed, are not required to purchase, lease, or finance a vehicle. You may purchase or lease any vehicle without them. Their prices and terms will be disclosed before you decide whether to purchase them, and we will obtain your agreement before charging for them.
We do not charge for an add-on from which the purchaser or lessee would not benefit.
6. Vehicle Availability and Used-Vehicle Cancellation Rights
Vehicles are subject to prior sale. Please contact the dealership to confirm current availability and vehicle-specific equipment. For new vehicles and vehicles in transit, a representative photograph may be used; it is labeled as such and shows the same year, make, model, and trim, without equipment or design not included at the advertised price. Photographs of used vehicles show the actual vehicle offered. Listings identify vehicles located at another authorized location of this dealership or available directly from the manufacturer or distributor but not yet at the dealership. Listings are removed within 48 hours after a vehicle is sold or withdrawn from sale.
Beginning October 1, 2026, qualifying retail purchases and leases of used vehicles priced at $50,000 or less include a three-day right to cancel. This right is subject to statutory exclusions, mileage limits, return conditions, and permitted restocking fees. Transaction-specific cancellation terms and instructions will be provided separately.
